Dear clients and partners,

Since COVID-19 is spreading rapidly all over the globe, we want to take the opportunity to inform you in this brief letter of how we are coping with the current crisis.

At Wilhelm & Co, our main concern is to protect the health and safety of our staff, clients and partners.

Our policy is to follow all recommendations of the Belgian, European and international health authorities. Up until now, we have managed to do this without having to interrupt our daily operations. Because of the pandemic’s significant growth and the mandatory safety measures, we were forced to close our offices, but our teams remain operational and – like many among you – they are now working from home. They are at your service by phone, e-mail or video conference. However, our offices are permanently manned, thanks to dedicated staff who are at your disposal, and we wish to thank them and everyone else working with us for continuing to ensure our services during this period.

Despite the challenges this exceptional situation presents us with, we strive to carry on with our activities and to provide you with the best possible service.

In the meantime, we are also taking the opportunity to expand our mission of designing urban living spaces, since it is obvious that, after this period of isolation, there is bound to be a change in people’s behaviour, needs and lifestyle.

We would like to stress the importance of our partnerships and that we have faith in our ability to manage this extraordinary situation together.
