The “Cœur de Ville” project in Grigny, located 24 km south of Paris, will represent a major urban redevelopment opportunity for the town thanks to the creation of a new urban complex/district including shops, housing, leisure and restaurants.
A series of residential quarters, benefiting from a modern architecture and environmental standards will be built around new streets and public squares. These new public spaces will have ground floor retail, leisure, restaurants and will transform the neighbourhood into a new destination, a new meeting point for all local residents and users of the town.
This development combines in a carefully architected way, housing and retail, the two fundamental components that make the City.
