At the junction of the A49 (near Grenoble) and A7 (to Lyon) and served by three bus lines, the project will benefit from excellent accessibility. The plans include a new hotel, a senior residence and a whole housing district, all reinforcing the scope of the project. Winner of the international tender competition, Wilhelm & Co distinguished itself by offering an innovative architectural concept enhanced by a BREEAM certification (building sustainability).
