Based in Valence (Drôme, France), close to the A7 South Valence motorway exit, Hugo-Provence will include 60 shops, restaurants and leisure activities on some 34,000 sqm. At the junction of the A49 (near Grenoble) and A7 (to Lyon) and served by three bus lines, the project will benefit from excellent accessibility. The plans include a new hotel, a senior residence and a whole housing district, all reinforcing the scope of the project. Winner of the international tender competition, Wilhelm & Co distinguished itself by offering an innovative architectural concept enhanced by a BREEAM certification (building sustainability).
